Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Trade flow is busy" mean?
The message "Trading flow is busy" appears when the client sends a new order to the server without waiting for a response to the previous request. Usually this message means a short-term loss of connection with the trading server, and the client has not received a response from the server, and his next order is queued on the client terminal.
Why does the message "Not enough money" appear when trying to open a position?
"Not enough money" means that there is not enough margin in your account to open a position of the desired volume. Deposit funds to your account or transfer them from another to increase the size of the free margin. Reduce the volume of the position you want to open. Close other open positions on your account. To find out the margin required to open a position, you can use the calculation formula: Margin = Contract Size / Leverage
How to calculate the cost of one point?
The cost of 1 point of the price of a financial instrument is calculated using the following formula: Cost of 1 point = (Contract * (Price + one_point)) - (Contract * Price) where: Contract – the size of the contract. Price – the current quote of the instrument. One_Point – the size of 1 point.
Why do I need a demo account?
Demo accounts are usually used in three cases: 1. If you are a beginner and want to learn the basics of trading in financial markets without risking losing your own money. 2. When you want to test the conditions provided by the broker before opening a real account. 3. In case of testing your new trading strategy or Expert Advisor. After completing all the necessary operations on the demo account, you can start trading on a real account.
Why was the order closed without your participation?
Your order may have been closed for one of the following reasons: 1. The margin level on your trading account has reached the Stop Out value (current Stop Out values for each account type can be found on the "Account Types" page). 2. The price of the asset has reached Stop Loss or Take Profit. 3. A trailing stop on your position has triggered.
Why was the position closed at a price that was not on the chart?
By default, the charts of trading instruments in the trading terminal show the Bid price, but not all positions are closed at this price. Long positions (Buy) are opened at the Ask price and are closed at the Bid price. Short positions (sales) are opened at Ask price and closed at Bid price. As a result, on the chart you can see only the Bid price at which your long positions (Buy) are closed. This can easily be changed by enabling the Ask line in the chart settings.
Why was the order not executed at the stated price?
The following types of orders can be executed not at the stated price: Buy Stop, Sell Stop and Stop Loss. When these orders are triggered, the system sends a market order which is executed at the current price at the time the order is processed. It is for this reason that there may be a difference between the price specified in the pending order and the execution price. Other types of pending orders, such as Buy Limit, Sell Limit and Take Profit, are executed at the specified or better price, if such price exists in the market at the moment of their execution.
How is the margin calculated?
The use of the trading calculator. 2. 2. According to the formula. Margin = Contract size / Leverage Where: Contract size - volume of the order in the base currency of the trading instrument (the first currency in the ticker). The order volume in 1 lot for all currency pairs is always equal to 100.000 units of the base currency of the instrument. Leverage - the size of the leverage. Example: You buy 1 lot of EURUSD. Account currency: EUR. Leverage: 1:100. Margin = 100 000 / 100 = 1000 EUR. If your account currency is different from the instrument base currency, you need to convert your margin amount to the account currency using the exchange rate at the moment you open your position. Example: You buy 1 lot of EURUSD. Account currency: USD. Margin for the base currency of the asset: 1000 EUR. Current EURUSD exchange rate: 1.2345. Margin = 1,000 * 1,2345 = 1,234.50 USD
